The Trio Company is a national cost recovery management firm specializing in purchase & disbursement audit recovery programs, Contract Pricing Analysis, and Accounts Payable Productivity enhancement programs.

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing our clients with non-invasive audit solutions consisting of both on and offsite work to recover what is rightfully yours.

Each review we perform is managed by an executive member and conducted by full time staff members of The Trio Company.  We do not hire temporary staff or auditors to perform work for us based on our clients geographic location.  Staff members of our firm will travel to your location, however, if remote access is available to perform portions of our review offsite, then we would only be on site when necessary.

Since time and labor are precious commodities, we simply become an added resource to your operation. Our meticulous review and reconciliation process of all individual disbursement and purchasing transactions ensures we recover the maximum amount of money for our clients.

The Trio Company was founded in 1990 as a management consulting firm specializing in accounts payable and supply chain recovery services.  Over the past 25 years, we have become the leader in cost recovery audit services covering numerous lines of business.  Our headquarters is located in East Norwich, New York with staff offices located in New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, California, and Puerto Rico.  Our prestigious and extensive client list for both Healthcare and Commercial & Retail industries extend throughout the continental United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

As CEO & President, John is responsible for all day-to-day operation activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing a distinct direction for continual growth and success of the company.

Michael LeeCIO & Executive Director of Supply Chain Management
Michael is responsible for overseeing all of the day-to-day operational activities, and has been with The Trio Company for over 13 years. Joining our team in 2001, Michael helped build, direct and manage our Contract and Price Analysis programs.

Betty MessereExecutive Director of Auditing - Healthcare Division
Betty joined The Trio Company in 2005. Prior to joining The Trio Company, Betty was a senior auditor/manager with the largest international A/P recovery firm for ten years performing accounts payable Cost Recovery Reviews.
